My repurposing lately has mostly been just using up scraps of fabric I like but don't have much of and turning it into pillow covers, cloth napkins and a lined lunch bag for my husband. I've also framed a couple fabrics from travels- in thrifted frames (great artwork I think). My kids laugh that my pants from Africa are now framed above the fireplace! A sarong from Africa is being turned into pj bottoms for me.

I've done the same thing...made lounge pants for myself from flannel sheets. I sometimes buy extra large skirts in patterns I like from the thrift store and use the fabric to make either tops or smaller skirts for myself.

I also agree with AnnMarie about using soft "regular" clothes as PJs. I have plenty of old t-shirts and soft shorts or pants that I use as pajamas.

Here's another PJ idea: Just use regular clothes. We started doing this at a point when we didn't have anything labeled PJs from my garage sale finds and my DH picked out a t shirt and pants from her regular clothes and proclaimed them her PJs. It's been great! For winter, she usually uses long johns.

She also loves it because she gets to wear some of her favorite clothes day after day after day...or make that night after night after night!

Thanks for getting those wheels churning in my head. It's not repurposing, but I have a bunch of baby yarn that's been sitting here for a few years, and I'm making some blankets for the local maternity ward for stillbirths. Something to feel good about...

I have that pattern! I have made many pj's from it for my son. One of the best things about using an old flannel sheet is that it is already softened from washing. (not to mention basically free!)
