What a week! It was SO beautiful here. We spent lots of time outside. I don’t think the girls have been this happy for a while. It was wonderful.

Why I do what I do ~ Yesterday I was making egg salad for sandwiches and Chloe grabbed half of a hard-boiled egg and started eating it – without anyone asking her to. I almost did a happy dance right then and there in the middle of the kitchen. My little protein-hater is making progress
