Last time I put the pie crusts in the pie pans, fluted them beautifully, and stacked them (3) in the chest freezer. Over the course of a few months, all the time-consuming fluted got knocked off, the crusts cracked, and after patching I only got one functional crust out of them. I say functional because it weren't pretty!!! Next time, we do things your way. And yes, she's adorable.
