I began writing a post listing common ingredient substitutions. I listed all the ones I knew of and then researched others I thought would be useful. While doing that, I came across the exact list I had in mind to create. It had all of the substitutions I had thought of plus many, many more.

Why I do what I do ~ Last night at dinner Chloe was telling me how she loved Daddy and Fenway (the cat). Then she looked at me and said, “We’re the best family.” I melted right there.
