I'm looking forward to seeing how the dress turns out. I keep telling myself that I'm going to get a pattern and fabric and make my little girl a dress, but I haven't done it yet. Maybe, I'll just go get the stuff this weekend and get started.

I love to make special things for my family too. For birthday's, I like to bake and decorate the cakes myself. My son had a race car birthday party last October and I made all the decorations for his party too. It was a lot of work, but I think it just makes the occasion more special.

As for Easter, we don't really have specific family traditions, but our church stuffs candy into $10,000 eggs every year, and we hold a community-wide Easter egg hunt. It's always really fun, except for the fact that the kids end up with ton's of candy.
