The Weakonomist tagged me for some meme action. I wasn’t sure if I was going to continue it or not because I’d already written A Little More About Me. I was nervous you’d all say, “Enough! We know more than we ever wanted to know!” However, these things are fun and 7 things aren’t all that many, so I figured I’d pull out a Sunday post for you. Read it if you like 
“7 Things You Didn’t Know About Me” Meme Rules

Here are my 7 Summer Things:
- Like The Weakonomist, I love flip-flops. I wear them ALL summer. I’ve never had a problem with the thing between my toes.
- I love the beach. I could lay on the beach with a good book from sunrise to sunset and do it again the next day.
- I’m not a great swimmer, only ok.
- Were it not so bad for my health, I’d go to the Dairy Bar every single night of the summer for a soft-serve ice cream cone.
- I could sit around a summer campfire for hours every night.
- My skin tans quickly and easily
- I love to read (see #2). I get lost in books. I’m sorry to say that I don’t get as much time for it as I’d like.

I love the list. I completely agree with #2, 4, 5 & 7. If only we loved closer to a beach.
My 7 include:
1. I am thrilled that spring is officially here, although I am wishing for a lot less snow in favor of rain.
2. I am nervous about my baby turning 2.
3. I can’t wait to wear more dresses & summer clothes.
4. I am a sucker for a trashy romance novel.
5. I hope to find a nice pair of sandles (that don’t have the toe thong) to wear this summer.
6. Listening to audiobooks while doing my housework makes the time slip by much faster.
7. I want to live outside as much as possible this summer.
