I use the oil cleansing method and I will tell you – IT WORKS! I have had problems with acne all my life. MANY trips to the dermatologist and MANY different prescriptions (creams, pills, washes, and more!) later, I STILL have acne, and it has never gotten any better. I was at my wits-end, so when I heard about the oil cleansing method I figured I’d try it. The day after my first “session” – I had a TON of white heads. They were “sucked” to the surface of my skin. I took care of them, and I haven’t had many since. I just love how it is NATURAL and WORKS! Duh! I definitely recommend at least trying it to anyone who has skin issues.
