Good Reads: Breathe Deeply

A bright flower

This time of year I find myself taking a deep breath every time I walk outside. The air is still cool but I can smell spring in the air. It’s like it brings life to my lungs. I crack the window in my kitchen, not because it’s warm outside, but because the fresh breeze seems to awaken me.

Some good reads from this week, enjoy.

Why I do what I do ~ Chloe recently learned the phrase “the whole world” and has been tagging it onto nearly everything she says. Examples: (As you read these you have to read “whoooooole” world.)

“I’m the princess in the whole world!”

Me – “We’re going outside to play” Chloe – “I love it in the whole world.”

At dinner – “I’m finished in the whole world”

“Mama, I love you in the whole world.”

Hi Nicki: Thanks for the link to my site. I really appreciate the mention. Have you had a chance to make the chicken tacos? If so, I’d love to hear how they turned out.

You’ve got a great site and I grabbed your RSS feed so I won’t miss out.
