I usually post my Good Reads on Saturday but I had a little something screwy happen on Friday. I woke up and pulled up my site early Friday morning to find that all of my posts and pages were missing. A quick check of my WP Dashboard showed the same thing. Long story (really 36-hour story) made short: the databose for my blog needed to be repaired (a 30-second fix) and some permalinks changed, or something.
Thankfully … my husband takes care of those details for me because if it was up to me to go into the Blue Host C-Panel (I don’t even know if that’s what it’s actually called) and figure it out you would still not be reading anything.
Many thanks to my brainy sidekick
Now, on to the good stuff.
First, two shout-outs. I wrote A Little More About Me and two fantastic bloggers decided to play along (with a way-cute button to go with it!). Please go check out my friends Brittany at The Clarke Family and Amy at All Access Amy! If you’d like to join in, feel free. Go ahead and copy my post then bold the things on the list that you changed, just like they did.

Why I do what I do ~ My daughter will tell you, with certainty, that she’s a princess. However, if you ask her what everyone else is, this is what she’ll tell you: Daddy’s the King, Mommy’s the Queen and Fenway (our cat) is the Clown.Have you liked Domestic Cents on Facebook yet?

Frugal Dad’s last blog post..Square Foot Gardening Roundup
Oh my goodness, if that happened to my blog I’d be doomed!
Thanks for the great links. Also, loved your post about the early days. My hubby and I wasted tons of money in the early years of our marriage. Ate out way to much and just got ourselves into debt, just like you did.
We’ve been married for alot longer than you have so had more time to dig ourselves out. There is hope. Once you get out you need to make plans to stay out. The lessons you’ve learned along the way will help.
We will be using some of our emergency fund to repair our car and take care of carpenter ants (yuck) so we will need to work at replacing that money. Fun, fun!
