I'm with you: I don't. And you know what? The world has never spun off its axis as a result. :) I love your idea to celebrate--enjoying day to day life is more important than checking items off a list.

The last thing on my to do list is die. I thrive on not finishing my tasks and always adding to the list.

I like the idea of a to do list that gives me options so mine tends to be long. However I have also learned that if I prioritize 3 things (thanks to SimpleMom) I feel accomplished even if that is all I get done. I also like SimpleMom's idea of getting the worst thing done first. It really does make the rest look like a cinch.

I like the suggestion to Celebrate Something. I think it's so easy to get caught up in the daily grind that we forget what's great about our lives, our families, and our children.

It's so good to hear that I am not the only one who can't seem to get to the end of my to-do list. Sometimes, I just have to pick out the most important things and let the other things go. I guess the best thing that I do is get outside help. For example, if I am totally swamped, my husband will help out with some of the things that I don't have to do myself, like cooking or laundry. Besides that, I just kind of accept that I can't do everything!
