I had the opposite problem.  My oldest was in the 5% for height, so 95% of kids his age were taller than he was.  We were always rolling up his jeans.  He&#039;s now 20 and is about 5&#039;7&quot;.

		<description>Another solution that could get you through the winter and could really look cute, is to add a bit of eyelet cotton ruffle to the bottom of her pants.  You could either buy this at a fabric store (it comes in various widths.)  Or make ruffles yourself out of fun kids fabrics.  If you don&#039;t like ruffles... add a &quot;cuff&quot; out of fabric.  You could then make a matching tee by taking one of her existing t-shirts and appliqueing on a patch of the fabric or adding a strip of it to the bottom of the sleeves and around the neck.
